The 12 Tribes: Sons of Ya’aqub (Jacob)

Genesis–Barashath 49 records the barakah (blessings) and prophetic words Ya'aqub (Jacob) spoke over his twelve sons - the fathers of the 12 Tribes of Yashar’al (Israel).
Each name represents a branch in YAHU'AH'S olive tree, carrying covenant identity, heritage, and destiny.

The 12 Tribes & Their Abaryt (Hebrew) Names

Reuben – Ra’Uban 
“See, a son” - Firstborn of Ya'aqub (Jacob); symbol of strength and dignity.

Simeon – Shamayn 
“Hearing” - Represents those who listen to YAHU'AH'S voice.

Levi – Lauy 
“Joined” - Tribe of priests, joined to YAHU'AH'S service.

Judah – Yahudah
“Praise” - Royal tribe; YAHU'SHA Ha'Mashyach (The Messiah) comes through this line.

Zebulun – Zabalan 
“Dwelling” - Barakah (Blessing) of prosperity and safe harbors.

Issachar – Yashshaqur 
“Reward” -  Known for wisdom and understanding of the times.

Dan – Dan 
“Judge” - Called to bring justice among the tribes.

Gad – Gad 
“Troop” - Warrior tribe, strong in battle.

Asher – Ashar 
“Happy/Baruk (Blessed)” - Rich in barakah (blessings) and abundance.

Naphtali – Naphthaly 
“Wrestling” - Swift and free, bringing good news.

Joseph – YashTsaph 
“He will add” - Fruitfulness and multiplication; includes Aphraym (Ephrayim) and Manassah (Manasseh).

Benjamin – Banyaman 
“Son of the right hand” - Known for courage and protection.

Genesis–Barashath 49 is not just history -  it’s prophecy. The barakah (blessings) reveal each tribe’s role in the unfolding plan of YAHU'AH and point forward to their restoration in the last days. Together, they form the complete olive tree of Yashar’al - rooted in covenant, nourished by the fatness of the covenant, and bearing fruit for YAHU'AH'S esteem.
